All project engagements begin with a formal proposal or quotation. Upon client approval, work commences after receiving the agreed-upon initial payment or deposit. Remaining balances must be cleared as per the project milestones or payment schedule.

Payments are non-refundable once services have commenced unless stated otherwise in the project agreement.

We reserve the right to pause or terminate services if payments are delayed or incomplete.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, code, and assets developed during the project remain the intellectual property of BigBytes Technolabs until full payment is received.

Upon completion and final settlement, ownership rights for custom designs, source code, and assets will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential parts of the project in our portfolio and marketing materials.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary information, project data, and trade secrets shared during the course of the business relationship. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

BigBytes Technolabs shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services,including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client forthe specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

We strive to deliver high-quality digital products and services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our websites, applications, or marketing platforms. All services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
